Lab Manager
Sam is the Research Coordinator within the Lasisi Lab, and has been working in research for over 2 years now. She is a Penn State Alumni, graduating in 2022 with a B.S. in Forensic Science and a minor in anthropology. She originally started working with Tina in the Shriver Lab, where she was previously a Research Assistant as well as the Lab Manager/Project Coordinator. She has research interests in microbiomes and ancient DNA, as well as the forensic applications of genetic and microbiome sequencing tools.
